Split personalities... (1 pant/ 2 looks)
Today was one of those days where nothing really goes your way. My timing/ mood/ sleep- everything was just off. The only thing that got me through today was knowing that tomorrow I’ll be on a plane to Nashville, picking up my dogs that I haven’t seen in almost two months.

Summer beach days...
Some days all I want to do is throw on a beach cover-up and ride my bike to the beach… but then I remember that I can’t ride my bike to the beach (various mountains in the way…) and I’m gonna have to make do with hanging out in my ‘hood and being happy with that. Nice Surprises...
The other day I tried on this dress (yes, the skirt is actually a halter dress) and before tying the top it accidentally wrapped itself around my waist… and to my nice surprise- it looked so cute! So I rummaged through my tank top drawer (yes, i have two drawers devoted to tank tops) and found this little number that I thought was perfect. The trim is cute flowers too.

About two seconds after I landed in LAX after about 5 1/2 weeks abroad, I was sicker than I’ve been in years. Voice totally gone. Chills, sore throat, you know how it goes. Italy is for Lovers
